I did not want to do this, but the cheese burst had mayonnaise it instead of cheese, i have had cheese burst before and i promised my father that he would love the experience so he was they filled the cheese with a creamy blend that had cheese flavour but was not at all stretchy. I mean. I mean even the top of the pizza had barely any cheese. Even my parents who were having pizza after years, yes multiple year, said that it was underwhelming. I just spent north of 1.5k. Specifically told them that i have had good experinece with gurgaon’s dominoes and this is what i get. And on top of that. We ordered two medium cheese burst and i small pizza and guess what, they made the medium one first then realised that they havent made the small one then started making it while the first two pizza get cold. And this is all because they closed the store on swiggy and i had to go and get the pizza only to realise that they have closed the store on swiggy temporarily and were going to go online in 5 mins. The store was the dirtiest pizza store i have yet visited. Their garbage can was basically a large black garbage bag. The promotional stuff was all down, all the staff were back chatting and i had to call them front, that was the first cringe moment to realise that all staff were so free that they could all chat in the back room at 9 am where its the busiest for these businesses. And trust me if you say its the area i will say i just saw pizza hut of kompally full of people which i skipped to visit a kompally dominoes to realise it doesnt exist at all but only on maps i called dominoes then and there and the word they used was its offline. I told them that it doesnt exist anymore and she had the audacity to explain me how i should have first check the app, because google isnt enough for info on existence of a multi national brand. Usually, we come across disappointing reviews and think, “It won’t happen to me.” Maybe it was just my turn this time.
I had an extremely unpleasant experience – multiple tomato ketchup bottles were completely rotten and emitted an unbearable smell that’s hard to even describe. Okay, that’s bad enough.
But it didn’t stop there.
I informed one of the staff members, and that’s when things really started to go downhill. He casually responded, saying maybe just one bottle was spoiled and the rest were fine.
So I went ahead and checked three more ketchup bottles myself. I was speechless. All of them were rotten and reeked. Honestly, even while typing this, I can still recall that awful smell.
Instead of acknowledging the issue, one of the staff near the billing counter became surprisingly arrogant and extremely rude. He even said, “Go tell whoever you want.” What’s worse, other diners were present and witnessed this, yet no one stepped in or offered support.
That’s okay. Bon Appétit!
This message is for everyone – I’m not asking for sympathy. But if you ever witness such things, please don’t stay silent. Taking a stand matters.
For the money you spend, forget about premium service or luxury. At the very least, you deserve hygienic, non-rotten food.
To make things worse, the staff member called me out of the seating area. To avoid making a scene in front of others, we stepped outside. But even there, his behavior was dismissive and hostile, as if we were the problem and just needed to leave.
If there’s any CCTV footage near the entrance, that could speak volumes about what really happened and help with further investigation.
