Read moreI am completely shocked. I have ordered a veg biryani on Gulf bakers restaurant through Swiggy. When I have opened the packet and put it my plate I saw a cockroach inside the biryani evenly cooked along with the biryani . I have attached the pic of the biryani for ready reference. Before opening the biryani packet, I have opened the sliced onions which they gave. When I took the onions slices, I found stinking smell and they are completely stale. I have opened the packet soon after It got delivered. I got pic along with timing. Then I sensed something fishy . After that I have opened the biryani packet and I already wrote what I finally got. I am totally shocked. When I made a complaint in Swiggy they also palmed off their responsibility saying that they cannot do anything in this and they asked me to rate the restaurant low. This is really shocking for the responsibility and response from both Swiggy and the gulf restaurant. How can they take the customer for granted? How can they cheat their Customers with this grave quality and hygiene issues. How the FSSAI not checking these restaurants for the necessity quality checks not punishing them. I really want to hear an...
Read moreI recently dined at Gulf Restaurant, hoping to enjoy the mutton biryani which was a childhood favorite. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The biryani lacked flavor, it was too spicy.. the mutton was under cooked and chewy, and the dish felt like it had been hastily prepared without much care. Most importantly the biryani they served was drop dead cold how on earth does a dine in serve cold biryani( from kichen to table it might have travelled 10km being sarcastic here) almost felt like they servered the rice that was about to stale. Hygiene is gone for a toss and the taste is so horrible that we left almost 3/4 of hundi biryani without eating it was that pathetic. On top of that, the service was indifferent server was expecting tip for the amazing experience and hospitality he provided, which only added to the frustration. I wouldn't recommend this place let alone their biryani to anyone looking for an authentic, tasty experience. As they would top the charts of worst biryani in twin cities quite...
