A very welcoming addition to the neighbourhood. A delightful place that bakes fine cakes, cheese cakes macarons and much more like an expert that knows how to beat the competition that’s been serving the conventional pastries and cakes. They are taking the game to a whole new level. The best part is this place is completely vegetarian. The croissant burgers are such a delight, I have set this as the new benchmark to taste the rest out there. The packing is so beautiful, the ambiance and colour schemes used for packaging and the dine in are so vibrant and full of life that you’ll instantly fall in love with the place. I had an appalling experience at Harleys Fine Baking (PBEL City) due to an unfair, undisclosed policy. ​Harleys now charges an arbitrary Rs.500 fee for every hour you stay past the first, regardless of your order size. ​Crucially, this rule was not mentioned upfront—it was sprung on us midway through our meal. The staff came to our table and rudely demanded we either order more food, pay the extra Rs.500, or leave immediately. ​This isn't a café; it's a timed transaction. The policy is lacks transparency, and shows a total disrespect for the customer experience. I am deeply disappointed by this dishonest practice and will never return. Be warned before...

I've ordered veggie executive pizza, BBQ chicken pizza, fish and chips, chicken Alfredo pasta. The service was worst. Even after calling multiple times no one showed up. Again service was very slow. Brownies were not available. Later I've ordered blueberry cheesecake, medovik belgium chocolate pastery and a chocolate croissant for takeaway. After 10mins I've asked them about my order they didn't even start the preparation. Again they took the order and after 15 mins we were done with the payment. After coming home, I saw that chocolate cheesecake was packed instead of blueberry cheesecake. Coming to the ambience, it's pretty cool...
