Terrible experience. Lot of things went wrong with our orders. First, they took order for Veggie spring rolls and Chicken tandoori , after 15 minutes he came up and said Veggie spring rolls were not available, then we ordered Veggie manchurian, after 10 minutes he came back and said, it’s not available. After lot of frustration we ordered Aloo parota with Mixed vegetable curry. After waiting 30 minutes, we couldn’t wait any longer so we ordered Chicken and Veggie Biryanis and cancelled other orders. We found a CHICKEN BONE in VEGGIE biryani, when asked waiter about this, he said “ it’s common to bring rice on top of Chicken biryani for Veggie biryani order. Terrible service and bad food with below par service. The blame should go to Management along with waiters. After spending around 1 hour 15 minutes we were completely dissatisfied and angry. Stopover for lunch. Worst restaurant. It begins with the parking, there is no one to ensure proper parking but one guys comes only for begging when you leave. Serving staff is very bad, and the one who takes order is very bad because his service is bad and has bad attitude too and he looks very flimsy. He will single handedly screwup your business. Butter chicken masala was tasteless and over to that when we asked for table salt, even after waiting for 20 min no one care to bring. Repeat order roti took 15 min that too after we were angry. They sell tea coffee etc seperately, they sell some cheap quality ice cream brand products at higher rate over MRP. The way the hotel name is written, I got confused with Hotel Vivera but it seems they tried to copy that vivera brand. Overall the experience was very bad, will not visit...

One of the worst place I've ever stayed before. Since it was very late in the night and there's no other option nearby, so we stayed here. But I hugely regret this decision to stay here along with my parents. Worst staff behaviour. The place was so dark and we asked to switch on the lights and he refused. No maintenance at all. Bathroom in a petrol bunk will be more clean and nice nowadays and here it was terrible
