I’ve had consistently poor experiences at this outlet, whether dining in or ordering takeaway. The staff seems careless and unprofessional. The food quality is unacceptable — burgers are made with stale buns, old stock, and lack fresh vegetables or chicken. The overall hygiene inside the store is very poor, and the atmosphere is uninviting.
Tried giving them multiple chances, especially on Wednesdays for combos, hoping for improvement — but it’s always a letdown. This place simply doesn’t meet the KFC standard.

Service to customers Maintainance is not good, employees are not trying to attract customers, sometimes they're busy within themselves. Ambience is good, but there are some power issues, even generator takes time, one employee will go and switch on generator and customers need to wait in the queue. Sometimes burgers are out of stock, they'll say we didn't receive stock today.
