Just for a mini burger with a small piece of chiken and two buns costing 120 is too much.. just looting in the name of brand.. which doesn't even taste that great... not happy with the rates they are going with.. The store atmosphere is just bland ans somany reviewers stated its humid armoshphere and complaints on service and taste and cleanliness.... the team just replying to these ratings as an norm that's it nothing is changed... they are doing nothing to bring in customers and have a good time.. Service was ok. The quality of the maintainence for a brand store that it says it is... not at all being seen here... it's just working store as in a small city than a major city... disspointed by its management also.. it happened here also the more they delve into smaller cities the less they concentrate on...

I always visit KFC branches all over the world. I have visited this branch with my family many times but the last time I visited, I got my order 12 pieces of chicken after a long time. When we started eating we found that one piece of chicken had a rotten bad smell. After that i never visited this branch again. When I went to the staff with a complaint, they told me that it is non-veg. It is normal for it to smell bad. I said, replace this one piece of chicken but he refused. Staff said If you don't want to eat it, just leave it, we will not replace it. I said, I will complain. He said, do whatever you want. I showed him a board inside the kfc.
