KFC — Restaurant in Telangana

The experience at KFC Sangareddy today was highly disappointing.

Despite minimal customers, our order was delayed. The store was uncomfortably warm despite the air conditioner reading 18°C.

Adding to the frustration, we were charged extra INR 50/- for cheese that was never included in the burger. When challenged, the staff insisted it was there until I proved otherwise by opening the burger.

As a supposed apology, oily and unpleasant-smelling chicken was offered, along with excessively greasy French fries indicating reused oil.

This was by far my worst KFC visit, and I cannot and will not recommend it to others even in their worst day.

Improvement in service is desperately needed, hope they do. I wouldn't know it, as I will never ever go there knowing what I will get.

To my suprise, when I checked the other reviews, every one was complaining about the same, if I had seen these reviews before only I would have...

I would say this is one of the worst KFC i have ever eaten in india.

This KFC is onnfirst floor. There is no parking available to visit. Needed to leave the car on the road. The entrace was blocked with carts.

Visited on Sunday 20th Aug, ordered popcorn and 4 pcs of hot and crispy, take away.

Was told to wait for 15 min for preparation. I was very excited as my food is freshly prepared. After waiting for 20 min i got my order. Took and went in to car. After traveling for 15 min, opened and tasted.

I felt i wasted 800 rs just to throw the food in the trash.

Popcorn - was very cold and was unbaked. Even this was not crispy

Legs - was having heavy oil inside and also not baked properly. No taste.

Since i traveled quite far, i had no opinion to return back and throw the food in the bin.

My sincere advice not to have...

It's KFC not a local eatery. The owner should understand it. No proper greetings from the staff. They should understand every customer who walks in can afford to eat at KFC. No customer is asking for free. So, they should treat customers with utmost respect which is lacking in the staff. Even though I said 'thank you' after picking the food, the staff don't have courtesy to say 'welcome'.

There were mosquitoes and flies inside the restaurant. Unfortunately it fell in my drink when I was about to sip. I asked for exchange since the mosquitoe and restaurant belongs to them. The lady gave an attitude as if I brought mosquitoe from my home. The other guy didn't even throw it. I hope the drink was not served to other customer.
