The ambience is modern, and seating is comfortable for both small groups and families. The self-ordering kiosks make it easy to skip the counter and place your order quickly, which is a nice touch.

However, there are a few things that definitely need improvement: • The washrooms are poorly maintained. On a couple of visits, I found them unclean or with a strong smell, which is disappointing for a brand like KFC. • At busy times, orders take longer than expected, and the food sometimes arrives cold or overcooked. • Tables aren’t always cleaned promptly, especially when it’s crowded. You place an order through the display board, and it shows a message saying, “Kitchen has received your order.” So you wait. And wait. Only after a long delay and after asking the staff they suddenly tell you, “You need to collect the token receipt from the counter.” Really? So until that moment, the order wasn’t even passed to the kitchen. That’s not just poor service that’s outright misleading. The system is a joke. There aren’t enough tables, no proper parking, and the entire setup is a mess. The place feels overcrowded, uncomfortable, and badly managed. The staff? Useless. You ask them for help, and they either ignore you or respond with a lazy, “Wait there.” Wait where? For how long? No one knows because they clearly don’t.
