Worst Experience at Mehfil Bar & Restaurant – Total Decline in Quality

This place used to be decent, but now it's completely gone downhill. I recently visited and had a very bad experience. First, let’s talk about the ambience – the bar ceiling looks dirty, completely under-maintained, and gives a very unhygienic feeling when you sit and look up. It’s clear that basic maintenance has been ignored.

Coming to food – I ordered Chilly Egg for ₹230. Please see the attached image and bill. What I received was full of thick maida coating and artificial color – absolutely unappetizing and unhealthy. The egg itself costs less than ₹6, and what we got in the name of “Chilly Egg” was just some hard, tasteless deep-fried flour lumps. The taste was pathetic. No flavor, no freshness, and clearly no interest from the kitchen in preparing proper food.

The only saving grace was the service staff, who were polite and tried their best. But unfortunately, even they mentioned that they have no say in the kitchen decisions or food changes. So if the food is bad, nothing can be done.

This used to be a place we enjoyed, but after this experience, I will never recommend or return. Complete waste of money, and more importantly, a big disappointment.

Management seriously needs to wake up and fix both the food and the ambience. Until...

I don’t personally recommend this place the most disgusting thing about this place is Bad service And very poor maintenance. The time when we are having food it’s not that busy but still waiting staff Made us rush on food. Which is really very bad thing and the food even not served properly. My favorite is special chicken biryani, one must try(trust me on this). But they do charge you differently offline compared to online. Atleast 30-60rs is charged extra online in food delivery apps.
