Restaurant Review: Disappointing Dinner After a Long Drive

After a long drive, we were looking forward to a pleasant dinner and decided to stop at this restaurant, drawn by its inviting ambience and promising reputation. The decor and atmosphere were indeed delightful, and the staff were courteous and attentive, making us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in.

However, the quality of the food was a major letdown. We ordered butter chicken, Schezwan prawns, and daal makhni, hoping to enjoy a flavorful meal. Unfortunately, each dish was disappointing in its own way. The butter chicken lacked the rich, creamy texture and depth of flavor that one would expect. The Schezwan prawns were overly salty without any balance, making them almost inedible. The daal makhni, typically a comfort food staple, was bland and lacked the robust taste that defines this dish.

🌟 What we loved: 🍴 We ordered 2-3 starters, Chicken and fish and each dish was both delicious and worth every penny. 🍛 On a lovely cloudy day, the atmosphere added to the joy of savoring warm, freshly customized dishes. 👨‍🍳 The chef and team, led by Mr. Prabhakar and Ms. Saraswathi , went the extra mile to make our dining experience unforgettable. Their hospitality and attention to detail made the occasion extra special.

We do not recommend this restaurant to any one. May it be food or service, both are competing each other to get low rating. If I had chance of rating it 0, I would definitely do that. we had very worst experience here with food and service. Once you order your food, you need to wait for atleast 45 mins to 1 hour. Even after waiting for so much time we expect some decent taste but the food was horrible. Even the soup was not good. They use the oil so many times that we got vomiting sensation after having the fried noodles. When we went to complain about it, they were reluctant to accept it, when we asked to taste it, the manager tasted it and was apologizing for it. They were saying it must have been done by mistake but no, It was done deliberately as they think no one will complain and they can use any kind of oil and reuse the same oil so many times.
