06 September 2024: Response to owner Thank you for acknowledging Review, What is the use of good / tasty food with poor service. There is a difference between happy hosting and rude hosting. I agree your restaurant has different polices and I respect it. If your hospitality is good the response would not be like this from your waiter. This what exactly he mentioned. Waiter: ' ikada not allowed, pakkana bar lo kurcho' I said again I came to eat. He again said. Waiter: bar lo food kuda serve chestam akada kurchondi. I don't want to intentionally say negative. But if you have trained staff. I would expect the below. Waiter or other waiter should have accompained us and show the right place as your restaurant is big.

Also, this would have solved on spot if you have better manager who can respect and understand customers. Anyway thank you for response and I hope you take this in a positive way for betterment of service.

30th August 2024 : 9:50PM This time I went with my friend, to have dinner. The waiter was very rude and he didn't allow us to sit in family section and mention you should sit in bar. I said I came here to have food and not alcohol drinks. He said you can eat food there and two male friends cannot sit here in family section. What kind of restaurant it is? If I'm non alcoholic and want to have food, you don't serve food to me. If owner doesn't have look at their staff, this will have negative impact on your business. Btw I stay near by villas only. I have visited many restaurants, which includes bar and restaurant in same locality around bachupally like Bluemoon elite, pista house and never faced such weird systhem. This restaurant is crap at hospitality and service. I will never ever step into that again after this worst experience 19th August 2024: The service is too late , they took 40-50 mins to deliver the main course order. There was no designated person to receive the order, multiple people came to take order and they missed few...

First impression is the best impression,

Our experience is the most worst and pathetic, though we dine in and booze, this place gave a nightmare to us. We reached this place by 9pm today August 3rd being friendship day, so we ordered 3 pegs of drinks and ordered for starters and to our surprise the starters came after our first peg is over. Nice. Though we ordered multiple starters they came almost after 20min. After each dish is served. Kadai chicken I don't know they prepare like this, paneer tikka is so sweet, ordered for dragon chicken and got butter chicken, ordered for kadai chicken 2 plates and 4 garlic nan and they came after a full moon, ordered fry kaju as starter and it given after bill was prepared, even the bill was given 20min. After we told them to give bill, while the staff and manager discussing on bill and we are ready to move butter chicken and 2 garlic nan has arrived.

Now we don't know what to say, so the service is at the bottom, Atmosphere, no A/c working. Food : the food service reminded me of vennala movie restaurant scene where a man order food at 7pm and they serve at 8pm.

Is this the service you offer to people who come to your store ? Everything is delayed, and the excuse is too much crowd, we rode all the way from Patancheru as someone said it's a good place and ani e...

We visited this restaurant many times since last 1 year as this is near to my place and food tastes better than other places nearby. But in recent times they have become more commercial given for the location they are in.

We ordered crispy corn for 4 people and price was around 300 and quantity was not even handful for each person. Even rice items like biryani or fried rice prices are too high and little quantity.

Also at our table there was no AC or atleast fan, when it was too hot and when we asked they arranged a cooler which goes only in one direction.

They don’t give option of normal water and we have to go with their bottled water. Otherwise even if we try to ask the waiter he either doesn’t understand or keeps telling same thing. It is the responsibility of a restaurant to provide clean drinking water to every customer and it’s upto customers choice to prefer bottled water.

Please stop polluting earth using more and more plastic unnecessarily. When you are being too much commercial I don’t think you will even think of this.

We will try finding another better restaurant nearby...
