We recently visited Palamuru Grills and tried the Chicken BBQ, Fish Tikka, and Mutton Dalcha with Bagara Rice — and it was an absolute treat.

I went to this restaurant today to have biryani. Although ambience was good. Service is literally very very very very bad. They have many servants in the restaurant but no one cares what we need. Let me explain the service that have been given to me today.. I have ordered family pack chicken biryani... And waiting for food while I am waiting another person has come and was asking me for order again.. Ok that's fine I have explained about the order I have already placed with previous servant.. Later biryani has come but NO PLATES PROVIDED. And he got us plates but without salad. I need to ask for salad again which he took some more time to get it. In beginning of my order I have asked for regular water instead of purchasing bottle from them. I think this might be the reason they treated me like that. I need to call each and everytime for serving they have not bothered about that as well. So take this as caution don't ASK FOR REGULAR WATER. If you ask for regular you will be also treated same.
