Paradise Biryani | Suncity — Restaurant in Telangana

I visited this restaurant today for lunch, expecting a good experience because of the Paradise brand name. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

We ordered egg biryani, mutton biryani, and paneer kabab.

Mutton Biryani: Only three very small pieces of mutton were served, and the rice didn’t taste like biryani at all. Egg Biryani: It was just plain white rice with some gravy mixed — definitely not real biryani. Paneer Kabab: This was the most disappointing of all. It was just oily, fried paneer pieces without any proper marination or vegetables.

The food was extremely bland, oily, and nowhere near the standard expected from a place carrying the Paradise name.

On top of that, hygiene and basic facilities were terrible. There was no proper handwash area — just a bucket of water near the eating place — and no washroom facility at all.

I spent ₹1200 on this meal, which felt like a complete waste of money. I am feeling so regretful that I cannot even sleep thinking about how I was served today and how I wasted so much money only to eat food that was low in quality, quantity, and taste. I honestly cook better biryani at home than what I was served here.

I sincerely request everyone to avoid this place if you want to save your money and avoid disappointment.

I had went for lunch with my family last week and there are not many options to order in starters unlike other Paradise restaurant joints in the city. Also, the starter which was ordered was not available and had to opt for the available dish and along with it we ordered Biryani but starter came after we finished eating biryani. Price of the biryani is very high and taste is not upto the mark. We were very excited when heard of Paradise restaurant opening near our home but we were disappointed. Too expensive, taste is not upto the mark and quantity is less. Post we went for dine in, I had received messages to my number about one free biryani offer available for my number. I had installed the app and it was egg biryani and wanted to try that as well but luckily restaurant was never able to deliver the order, so i didnt had to taste the biryani. There was no proper update about the order and atlast the delivery person from Dunzo has waited near the restaurant for almost 40min - 50min and i had to get the order cancelled through him (delivery agent). I will never ever visit this...

Worst experience in my life.. Was pretty much excited before visiting the new paradise branch here in Bandlaguda Jagir. I totally lost all my hopes and sheer excitement after ordering the "Special" mutton biryani priced at INR 487 that is totally worth less, tasteless and a horrible experience. No salt at all, No taste, No proper flavour and the Biryani rice was too much cooked (Baby 👶Farex paste). mean it's (paste) I was completely surprised regarding the "Paradise" Bumper offer" with buy 1 get 1 for World's favourite biryani.. In addition my served biryani contains hair follicles which is what they termed as a "special" mutton biryani.

Oh my Gosh, being fair and honest I strongly recommend every citizen of bandlaguda Jagir to please not to visit this "Special" outlet or Never order any sort of items from this outlet. I am not a Brand value spoiler but right from my heart what I felt, i have penned down here to give a heads up to each and every one in and around Bandlaguda Jagir. Bottom Line - HUMBLE REQUEST TO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM PARADISE...
