⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ Improved Taste, But Still Waiting for a Response from Management

Hi all, This is an updated review based on two visits to Pizza Hut – Nalgonda.

🧾 First Visit – 01-07-2025 I visited with my son-in-law to try the ₹79 budget-friendly pizza. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing:

We were told the pizza dough was finished. When I asked for help or alternative outlets, the executive casually suggested we go to a nearby bakery – not expected from a brand like Pizza Hut.

Due to rain, we waited around 40 minutes as requested.

The pizza tasted bland, and the cheese looked unappetizing.

The AC was turned off, and after requesting multiple times, it was turned on after 5 minutes.

🍕 Second Visit – 10-07-2025 This time, I went with my two sons-in-law at 8:14 PM. We ordered:

2 Medium Classic Onion Capsicum Pizzas – ₹79 each = ₹158

2 Cheese Add-ons (PP Cheese) – ₹30 each = ₹60 💰 Total Bill = ₹228 (including tax)

Food Taste: To be honest, this time the pizzas were far better in taste and quality. Both my sons-in-law enjoyed the meal, and it felt like a good budget-friendly option.

🤔 Final Thoughts: ✔️ I appreciate the improvement in pizza quality during my second visit. ❌ But I’m still waiting for a response from Pizza Hut regarding my first review. 💬 It would be great if management acknowledges and addresses customer concerns – especially from regular visitors.

Pizza Hut, please keep the good improvements going and maintain consistency in taste and service.

Had a very bad experience. Went to have pizza, and the counter boy suggested a combo with medium chicken tikka pizza, non-veg cheese momos, and coke. The ambiance was terrible—AC was not working, and it was too hot inside the store. The tomato sauce looked unappetizing. Staff does not explain the offers to the customers and they want to bill maximum. There were many offers going on when I visited but staff did not tell anything about offers and billed 377 for one personal pizza. There was an offer for personal pizza + 2 garlic bread + drink for 239… when I asked them there is no proper response and staff has no proper knowledge ….so friends please very careful and check the offers yours self...
