Chaotic service, Cheap quality and Bad Taste.

First I asked for Water bottle, but got it like after 10 mins then I Ordered their special Chinese veg tub of Rs.699 - In this manchuria was stale and it seemed like it has been cooked 1 day back. Funny thing is I tried to complain about it, but couldn't get hold of anyone around. Next I ordered Indian breads and Dal fry, which was decent in taste. These dish didn't come on train so, I asked for this experience and was told that as the Dal fry is liquid in nature, they have brought it directly. Now I have Ordered a Andhra pulao on the suggestion of the TT(person who was helping with the order there), but the rice used was of such low quality and also we got a kankar (small stone) in it. One another funny incident is that it was brought manually to the table and when I asked the person for the train experience, he started asking others that why didn't they brought it on train, despite he being the one who brought it. Then finally the train experience was given. Next I ordered sithaphal rabdi (which has lot of sugar in it) but they didn't bring the spoons with it. When I asked for it, I was being given the spoons of main course and not a dessert. Also, one other water bottle was ordered in between, but I didn't received it till the end.

Over all very bad experience!! They are not able to handle the crowd nor give a good...

After alot of hype created in social media platforms. I visited this place. I know this is an established restaurant brand. I visited this place today i.e 09- September - 2023.

I visited this place with Two friends. We really disappointed with the food served😪.

We tried prawns & kodi vepudu. We didn't felt we were eating vepudu. In veg we tried andhara veg panner which tasted good. Then in main course we tried spcl mutton biryani and veg pulao. The pulao was average rice was not cooked properly. The mutton biryani was worst. They re heated the biryani and served. The meat was not fresh and we didn't felt we are eating biryani and the hospitality was average. They mentioned 15 percent discount applicable on dine in and takeaway. But they didn't apply discount on final bill. They also mentioned free gift on first bill. But the people who asking them they are giving to them. The prices were resonable but the quantity and quality of food was not the mark. The toys are not funtioning properly. This is what we felt and hoping that the restaurant team take this points as positive feedback and try to fix them. The ambience was Good...

I like the theme, but they could have provided more space for the waiters to serve food. I would recommend customers to avoid tables near the entrance, as it can be challenging to eat while waiters are serving on the other side of the table. You might end up helping them like a waiter yourself! 😄

Prices, in my opinion, are too high. I also noticed some dust on the glasses placed on the table, and one of the plates wasn't clean.

Furthermore, the waiter gave some amusing excuses to the elders in our group when they asked for a water bottle (saying, 'Sir, the management fines us 500 rupees if we break one, so I'm bringing only one bottle to the table'). However, we still had to request water twice and wait for some time.

When we were leaving, they provided a feedback form, and a waiter approached us, requesting a good review and said he was busy with other tables. Unfortunately, my wife filled out the form and provided feedback about all these issues. Then, the manager approached us again and asked for feedback orally.

Edit: when I ordered there is no 🌾 wheat roti/chapathi, only...
