President Dhaba | Warangal — Restaurant in Telangana

We visited President Dhaba in Warangal, and the overall experience was excellent. The ambience was simple yet comfortable, perfect for a relaxed meal.

Food: The food was genuinely delicious. On the waiter’s recommendation, we tried the Chicken Dum Biryani — it was flavorful, aromatic, and easily one of the best biryanis I’ve had in Warangal. We also ordered Lemon Chicken (possibly Lemon 65), which had the perfect tangy-spicy balance and was very well prepared. Along with that, we tried a Veg Paneer Biryani, which was good, though not as remarkable as the chicken one. For drinks, we had Mango Lassi, Diet Coke, and Lime Soda — all refreshing and nicely served. Overall, the food quality and taste were impressive.

Service: The service truly stood out. The waiter who attended to us was extremely polite, friendly, and attentive. He greeted us warmly, made great food suggestions, and ensured we were comfortable throughout. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality, and that really enhanced our dining experience.

We had starters -chicken springroll and dry chicken drumsticks,which were superb. There was a small piece of wire in the springroll,which I could have fed my kid with. Then biryani ,which was the worst I ever had.my words exactly after very first tasting it were “bahurotha”. Don’t ever eat biryani and be careful while chewing because you never know what might choke you or get stuck in your gut🫢 To cover their mistakes,they,esp Asim, forced us with gulabjamun,,,,after ruining our lunch. Atleast finally a guy named Raju came and told us that he spoke with the chef and that they cancelled our bill,which was not a solution,but it was something that we could ,at the end of the day, be okay with because we were not satisfied with what they offered. Finally, one thing for sure was,that the staff who spoke to us and handled our situation were sympathetic and customer-friendly. We do appreciate the ambience and service.But the soul of restaurant lies in the food,,,,they have to improvise, and...

Late service, no response towards guest, no proper service, staff are careless Food is not tasty

Thanks for your response on this, as I belong to hotel management I always understand the patience of staff, but yesterday it was worst showing carelessness towards guest, which also reflects another hardworking people over there,

As per your idea, we were not even ordered when we changed our table, as it was heavy noisy inside the table arrangements,

A basic things are also not been followed by stewards which are to be guided. Like no tissues, no salad for fried rice and no butter milk is been served, we our selfs served the food in plates which sterwards were lazy enhalf which makes a bad impression towards President dhaba. If iam not reviewing this then there would be no chance of recovery of service,

Make it a positive review and expecting good service from President dhaba which could be always a hospitality...
