It is the worst hotel in entire Karimnagar. Friends! Don’t visit it. The hotel staff cheats and tricks you by not complying to your request. I have made takeaway muttton biryani orders at this hotel with a specific request that I needed less spicy mutton biryani with complete white rice. I spent a huge money to buy these parcels and asked them repeatedly to get me what I wanted . They said they paarcelled what I wanted . But when I opened the biryani packets after reaching home , I was shocked completely . The biryani was full of spices and far from what I expected. I immediately lodged a complaint with the hotel management but there was no action on their part. Don’t waste your money by visiting this hotel. It is curse for the people of Karimnagar. I am also planning to take a legal action...

The only reason to give 3 star is because of service and staff. Bring your own Onions, Lemon pieces, water bottles etc., add-ons as I seen the service/staff are shifting the unused leftovers like onions, lemons etc., to the new ordered dishes/plates when preparing.
