Disappointing Experience at Shivaji Mess Military Hotel
Rating: Below Average
I recently visited Shivaji Mess Military Hotel in Hanamkonda with high hopes of enjoying a delicious and authentic meal. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations, leaving me thoroughly disappointed. From the insipid food to the untrained staff and abysmal service, this restaurant failed to deliver on multiple fronts.
Another significant drawback was the untrained staff. It was evident that the employees lacked the necessary knowledge and expertise to provide a satisfactory dining experience. It was clear that the management had prioritized the aesthetics over the quality of the food and service, ultimately failing to deliver on both fronts.
In conclusion, my experience at Shivaji Mess Military Hotel in Hanamkonda was highly disappointing. The insipid food, untrained staff, and abysmal service overshadowed any positive aspects the restaurant may have had. The management's misguided focus on the interior design instead of prioritizing the quality of the food and service was a...

One thing to note: seating is assigned based on their convenience rather than customer comfort. As a food lover who travels across the country, I make it a point to try local food and visit military hotels. Usually, military hotels prepare mutton or chicken in the morning based on the day’s requirement, but at this place, they cook it on order. Unfortunately, this resulted in undercooked mutton and chicken, and the soup was disappointing enough to upset the stomach.
Oddly enough, this hotel is actually better for veg food...
