We ordered several items for breakfast take away. While waiting to collect the order, the service guy who packs the breakfast orders advised that paneer dosa won't be possible as paneer was not good/fresh hence asked to choose something else. I then asked for masala dosa however it had a price difference. I then asked him to give idli as well. Instead of giving 2 servings, he just packed 1 serving. Also, the packing people weren't wearing food safety gloves but just using their hands for dishes as well as food.
April 2023:
We bought schezwan fried rice and paneer fried rice to give it a second chance. Paneer fried rice had very little paneer and lacked taste and punch. The other fried rice was good
May 2023:
This morning we gave it a third try. We ordered onion dosa, masala dosa, sambar idly and Mysore Bajji. It cost only Rs.175 in total. Dosas and Mysore Bajji were a little warm to cold. Sambar was ok, chutney lacked the punch and taste. Sambar idly was good.
Overall, extremely poor customer service as people were complaining that order was taking time as it was self service. One guy came back with dosa complaining it was cold and he flipped it on the packing bench. Luckily, it didn't fall on the other side where sambar and chutney bowls were placed.
The owner should frequently check the place and talk to his chef and staff. No point eating cold food when the dish is meant to...

Idly, dosa, wada is very tasty as well as the chutney and Samber... A must try tiffin spot nearby gatkesar.. They takes much time for bringing rava dosa so better not to order rava dosa when u have to leave early... The staff and service is really good(5 stars for service in family section ).. It's a great place to have some quality food in Ghatkesar, their menu includes authentic South as well as North Indian cuisines, and these all were damn good.
