Utterly disappointing and dissatisfying experience with the Sri Matha Family restaurant which is across the street from this food court and is operated under same management. Waiter himself is working as uninterested and wasn’t helping with the menu. The ambience was so shady inside this poorly maintained family restaurant. Then came the GUEST OF THE HOUR, a COCKROACH.!! It was crawling on the wall and then to our table. When complained to the manager, there was no response from them. Attaching the pictures for proofs. Hope the food and health department will take care of these issues. Was a regular to this food court but will never comeback after...

A perfect way to ruin you mood Lighting is too low to hide the unhygienic condition. The food comes late every time and the bill takes even longer it's under staffed and untrained staff. The foods bad might be apt to some pallets if it had some salt atleast but u fortunately it doesn't They took the wrong order. At the end thought of giving some feedback coz it's i felt like it so appreched the manager face to face and the cherry on top is not the that they were willing to take feedback but his tone didn't feel like i should take it. It was a good lesson but bad experience not everything deserves our time Highly suggest do...

Feedback - Based in Take away...

Food was ok but service and atmosphere is bad... For take away they will not give the bill after the payment.....So not sure whether they have taken the right order or not.... Mis communication happened in my case... Waiting time 30mins for a fried rice n manchuria

Veg Schezwan rice - 3 Star Veg Manchuria - 2 Star not cooked well

They use tasty salt n colors. If tou tell exclusively then they will not add....

For orders for egg noodles and shawarma, required 30mins to prepared???? That to I need to follow up, where is my orders where is my orders like that in front of your shop?????? Please close as soon as possible, moreover if anybody visit your shop next time they can't visit, because of your waste service and, no proper maintained.

The service could also be better—despite having a good number of cooking staff, they struggled to keep up with orders. We had to wait around 20 minutes for our noodles.

Worst service, worst food taste, if you are not able to give proper service in proper time, please close the hotel and go and sleep, why you guys are creating issue, we have to beg you????
