There is nothing special in their biryani. It's an average restaurant with expensive menu card and attractive external appearance. Could you believe that even pakwaan restaurant, gulf restaurant and Satya restaurant which are very close to sweatheart restaurant are provide a good quantity of biryani than sweetheart. Yes, it's true. Actually sweetheart restaurant earlier was popular for it's chicken/ mutton quantity in their biryani only, even Paradise restaurant can't provide such quantity at lower price. But whenever sweetheart management focused to expand their business, they have missed their key part. Now their menu card is almost as expensive as Paradise restaurant with less quantity of chicken/ mutton and average (i repeat) average tasty biryani. You can get the similar biryani at any restaurant. Even you can expect some good quality and taste in other restaurants and hotels. They don't even provide finger...

This used to be my favourite eat out for their Alfaham and biryani but today I had a very bad experience...I have taken two parcels of chicken biryani and pepper chicken Chicken biryani I doubt was a mix of yesterdays leftovers and today's fresh biryani if they have really made one today. The staff at parcel counter are in their own world and are feeling as if they are enjoying monopoly in this segment. I had picked the parcel at 4 Pm and ate at 5 pm...there wasn't any flavour...it was bland and sticky. Management cannot ignore this quality aspect... Perform better or you will perish in coming short period. Note: Pls do not visit biryani points immediate next day of any festivals where non veg is cooked at home. There will definitely be no demand as yesterday being Bonalu, no one visits hotels to have biryani, there might be leftovers and these guys have ensured to sell that...
