The Gourmet Bar at the Novotel is a truly exceptional venue that absolutely exceeded my expectations! As a bar nestled within a five-star hotel, it certainly lives up to the prestige and offers an experience well worth seeking out. ​The first thing you'll notice is the ambiance—the interiors are very nice and the whole space feels incredibly cozy, making it a perfect spot to unwind. Its location is a huge plus, given its proximity to the Hyderabad International Airport. For sports lovers, a big bonus is the live sports match screening on their large, high-definition TV, and travelers or professionals will appreciate the convenience of free Wi-Fi. ​What truly made the experience memorable, though, was the great staff. The service from the entire team, including Anusha and Rishab, was outstanding. I must give a special shout-out to Waseem from the bar. I was in the mood for a Moscow Mule, which wasn't on their menu, but Waseem went the extra mile, custom-created one for me, and it was truly fantastic! That kind of personalized service is rare and highly appreciated. ​They also had a good offer running, which just added to the value. ​Overall, this is a great place.
