Me and my friends visited this place to celebrate the completion of our 3rd year in college. We had our hopes high. Let me walk you through the whole experience.

AMBIENCE : Loved the ambience outside but inside the restaurant the decor and seating were average.

FOOD :

•Chicken Biryani - Very average biryani. Most of the rice was plain. The chicken pieces were undercooked. Masala which was hardly there tasted nothing like biryani. It needs alot of improvement.

•Paneer Kulche - These were surprisingly the best dish of the lunch we had. Tender Paneer was minced and stuffed in the soft and delicious kulchas. Loved it!❤

•Paneer Biryani - This had the same flaws which Chicken Biryani had. The paneer pieces were hard, literally hard to chew. I request the management to look into this.

SERVICE : Most disappointing thing about this place was its service. We literally waited for 45 mins for every single dish. We had to wait for 15 mins everytime we asked for water. There was a lady who was responsible to take care of our table but she had other tables too. The other staff members could help to decrease the service time but I didn't see that happening. To one point, our plates were dried and we were waiting for the next dish to come. THIS HAS TO CHANGE.

I am a regular customer at Ujwala Grand, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the entire staff, especially Captain Sonam Madam. She consistently ensures that everything is well-organized and that customers feel valued. The staff members are always supportive, attentive, and courteous, creating a welcoming dining atmosphere.

The food quality and quantity are consistently excellent, reflecting the restaurant's commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s evident that Ujwala Grand prioritizes both service and hospitality, which truly enhances the overall dining experience.

In comparison, my past experience with Pista House was disappointing, primarily due to poor customer service. While food quality matters, respectful and professional behavior is equally important.

Ujwala Grand continues to set a high standard, and I would confidently rate them 10/10 for their outstanding service, delicious food, and customer-centric approach. Keep up the...

Restaurant people or the people who manage the counter don't even know how to speak with the customer when ordering the food online and giving instructions to prepare the food accordingly. That person was so arrogant and was talking to me like I was asking him to provide the food for free he was not even ready to listen to my instructions, Ujjalwa hotel owner I would say if you’re hiring any staff make sure that you are educating them first that's how to speak to the customer over the call as well, I didn't expect that Ujjwala hotel staff would be so pathetic I am not going to order or visit ujjwala again for sure worst...
