We recently ordered a double-tier blueberry cake for my father's 60th birthday, and the experience was extremely disappointing.

Firstly, the upper tier was noticeably leaning to one side. Despite showing the bakery a picture of the desired design, they used fondant to create the number "60," which was melting and falling apart upon delivery.

When the cake arrived, we were informed that they didn't have the specific design in stock. The cake's colors, a mix of light blue and dark blue, were also problematic. The dark blue was akin to ink and stained our hands for days, even after washing.

There was a complete lack of commitment, quality, and responsibility from the bakery. Initially, their service was good, but it has since deteriorated significantly. I would strongly advise against...

Extremely unprofessional staff....the employees don't know how to behave with the customers....recently my aunt ordered a cake for a birthday party and the cake tasted bad and the color in the cake literally didn't go from the hands of us and our guest's....it really was embarrassing...our guests didn't enjoy....and moreover when we complained regarding this...they first gave discount on the cake we purchased today and now that everything was sorted one of the staff member (lady) called us and was arguing for payment that was deducted as discount...money's not a big deal but that person was arguing for a small amount and she was behaving abusive too......... this review is against upahar bakery...

I recently ordered takeaway and was disappointed with the quality of the food. My order consisted of a Paneer Pizza, Veg Tikki Burger, and Paneer Tikki Burger.

Paneer Tikki Burger: The tikka was missing and replaced with pieces of paneer and sauce, significantly impacting the flavor. Veg Tikki Burger: Failed to meet expectations. Paneer Pizza: Excessively salty.

My previous experiences have been satisfactory, making this incident particularly disappointed. I hope the restaurant will take necessary steps to ensure the quality and accuracy of their dishes. While I have been a loyal customer, I would advise others to exercise caution until quality...
