Vedhas Dolphin Restaurant. — Restaurant in Telangana

One of the oldest restaurant in Warangal, in fact, I believe this to be the one surviving over 3 decades. The taste has not changed much over time but the management did. The decor/ambience has remained the same until now. Not a great place for family dining but a good place to hang out with friends. People I know swear by the taste which is very distinct due to the mix of spices they use. Except for certain Chinese and Tandoori dishes, all rice and gravy items are nice. The ones to really taste are Biryani, Manchurian, Paneer Butter Masala and Vegetable Jaipuri. The cutlery could be greatly improved and so is the service.

Recent update: The decor has changed. The old wooden panelling has not given way to a cleaner paint finish with change in sofa upholstery and a brand new ceiling. Apparently, the management changed again but the taste continues to...

I ordered a Chicken Dum Biryani (Rs. 180, single) from Dolphin Restaurant in Warangal. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The rice and chicken had a foul smell, making it impossible to take even a single bite. The chicken did not appear to be real or safe for consumption.

This experience has raised serious concerns about the hygiene and food standards at this restaurant. I strongly request the concerned authorities to take strict action and consider shutting down Dolphin Restaurant to prevent others from facing similar health risks.
