I had worst of the worst experiences on my daughter's birthday. I ordered the cake day before the birthday and I was promised that the cake would be ready by 4pm and I can come for pickup. They have started preparing the cake when I went for the pickup in the evening around 4:30 pm, they gave all pretty reasons and told me that it would be ready in 15 mins and was told that the cake will be delivered to my home which is less than 500 meters from the bakery and took my apartment gps location. I didn't receive the cake at 6:30pm, when called the lady owner said its almost done she will send in few mins. We were all ready and waiting for the cake, at 7:30 pm I received the call saying the delivery boy has difficulty finding the location, I asked him to go back to the bakers and when I went there and looked at the cake it was not at all looking like the minnie cake we expected, the master said they had to do it in a hurry so the shape didn't come well. It felt so awkward, and the owner tried to give some pretty illogical explanations. These guys literally have no sense of planning and treat the customers. In a single sentence, not worth the price you'll have to pay. The only saving grace this place has is the flavor of some of the items (like the burger). I mean, the "grilled tikka chicken sandwich" barely has 10 small chunks of chicken and flat as an ironboard. And it costs 90 rupees. Personally, I had a coupon for 50% off, so I didn't end up paying too much. But imagine someone who didn't have that offer or just didn't know - they'd pay a premium for a mediocre snack.
