I recently had the pleasure of dining at City Forest, a restaurant nestled in the picturesque Yeor Hills. The serene ambiance and beautiful surroundings make it a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Here's my review of the food and dining experience at City Forest. To start our meal, we ordered the Chicken Manchao Soup. The soup was flavorful and had a delightful balance of spices. It had tender chicken pieces and was the perfect warm and comforting appetizer to kickstart our culinary journey. Next, we tried the Bombil Tawa Fry, a popular seafood dish. The bombil (Bombay duck) was expertly fried and had a crispy exterior while remaining tender and moist on the inside. The dish was well-seasoned and served with a tangy dipping sauce, adding a burst of flavor to each bite. Moving on to the Chicken Lollipop, we were impressed by the presentation and taste. The lollipops were well-marinated, tender, and had a delightful spicy kick. They were served with a tangy sauce, enhancing the overall taste and making it a great choice for chicken lovers. One of the unique dishes we tried was the Coconut Solkadhi. This refreshing and tangy drink is made from coconut milk, kokum, and spices. It served as a palate cleanser and had a perfect balance of flavors, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. For the main course, we ordered the Chicken Angara Masala. The dish was packed with flavors and had a smoky and spicy taste. The chicken was cooked to perfection and served with aromatic gravy. It paired well with the Butter Wheat Roti, which was soft, buttery, and a great accompaniment to the flavorful masala. Overall, our dining experience at City Forest was delightful. The restaurant's serene location in Yeor Hills adds to the charm, and the food served here is flavorful and well-prepared. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. I would highly recommend visiting City Forest for a serene dining experience and trying their delicious Chicken Manchao Soup, Bombil Tawa Fry, Chicken Lollipop, Coconut Solkadhi, Chicken Angara Masala, and...
Read moreMy recent visit to City Forest Family Bar and Restaurant, located at Yeoor Hills, left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The humble service staff, with their genuine smiles, set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. Their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction, making us feel like cherished guests. As we perused the menu, one dish stood out among the rest – the Chicken Pattaya, a signature specialty of the restaurant. Intrigued by its description, we eagerly placed our order and awaited its arrival. To our delight, the Chicken Pattaya exceeded all expectations. Each bite was a symphony of flavors. Equally impressive were the Cheese-Stuffed Mushroom Chili appetizers.
What truly impressed us was the efficiency with which our meal was prepared and served. Despite the bustling atmosphere of the restaurant, our food arrived promptly. It was evident that quality was not sacrificed for the sake of speed.
Our visit to this restaurant was nothing short of exceptional. From the humble service to the quick and quality food, every aspect of our experience was a testament to the restaurant's dedication to providing an unforgettable dining experience. We left with full stomachs and hearts filled with gratitude.

Read moreI was visited here several times. But yesterday's visit will be my last visit. Ambiance of the hotel is very good. Yesterday i have visited hotel to celebrate my father's birthday. We have reserved the table for the same too. First we ordered soup which was very good, my dad was happy about it. Then for starters we have ordered chicken satey and chicken crispy. Crispy was not that good. But satey was third class. He given us sizzlers with lots of peanuts gravy on it. When i ask the waiter about it. He says its the satye only. And after that he asked me have you eaten satye before? Which is strange. But it was my dad's birthday and he seated next to me, so i don't want to answer that question to the waiter.
I just given that dish to everyone saying its something different, they don't have satye. After that we have ordered crab masala for my mother which was so pathetic and it was half cooked too. She couldn't eat that we about this to waiter also, he told us its proper.
Then we ordered chicken lapeta and Butter chicken. Chicken lapeta was also a disaster, only the butter chicken was the savior of all.
After this huge disappointing we cut the cake, and told the waiter to pack the remaining cake in the box, then the hieght scene happened. The cake was slipped from waiters hand on the floor. To visit this hotel was a very wrong decision of mine. It was a good hotel but maybe now the cook has been changed. So i have spoiled my dad's birthday because of it.
