Worst experience one could ever have from Domino's. Initially, they took 20 minutes to take my order, not because of rush, because there was no one on counter, employees were literally chilling around. Then i ordered a pizza and paid via Paytm, though my amount was successfully paid, they were saying that in their system, it's still in process and they just ignored me. Then I explained them everything, I've made around thousands of transactions, hundreds of them in other Domino's franchise, but they were giving me very stupid explaination, as if I'm illiterate. But as a good person, instead of going live on Facebook, I chose to remain silent and paid by cash (though my Paytm amount was debited ). Now, they gave me a bill with order which shows my Paytm transaction; and there's no way one could provide it via system unless the transaction is completed. Even if they could (about which I'm positive, they can't, but still..), they were trying not to give me any evidence of my cash transaction. Finally I showed this to the management of that franchise and alas! Rather than being angry for their dumb experience, I felt sorry for them. Now, I faced a loss anyways, and their answer on it is that come here tomorrow, and after seven days as well. Are you kidding me? And I know, they'll again blame it on system, even after year.

About hygiene too, it has uncleandu tables everywhere. Please avoid...

As a loyal customer who has always trusted the quality of your service, this visit fell far below expectations. First, the cleanliness of the store was highly inadequate. Chairs are broken. It was visibly unhygienic, and the staff's behavior was appalling—they were engaged in loud arguments, creating a highly uncomfortable atmosphere for customers. It was shocking to witness such unprofessional conduct in a space meant to provide a welcoming and pleasant dining experience. To add to this frustration, the quality of food served was highly questionable. I have attached pictures in the detail mail of the pizza we received, which was far below the standard one expects from Domino's. Frankly, it felt like a complete waste of ₹555, and I left feeling thoroughly disappointed. I expect immediate action to be taken regarding this matter.
