Non-Veg - Below Average Price - Too High management - Below Average live music - Average fan - Not Available for Atleast 1 Hrs, provided after continuous request and follow ups evening - Ambiance was ok but didn't work well due to lack of responsible management behavior - The staff was brazen and unfriendly quantity - less quantity compared price they charged dance - Below Average, No separate space for dance; people are dancing in the main entrance corridor which blocked people's movement many times.

This is a terrible place, just PR and marketing, tasteless, expensive, and with appalling service. My rating - 0 out of 10, I do not recommend it to anyone.

Solution for improvisation Improved Service is necessary requirement of this hotel Veg and Non Veg kitchen as well as staff should be separate Price should be according to quantity with quality they served and service with ambience they provides There is a huge requirement of acquiring management skills for existing managers, and also need to enhance their managerial staff strength live music with 2 people continuously singing (in one rhythm only) for 6-8 hrs is not preferable, they should try different types of music for different days/hrs. sound volume and music system of live orchestra should be controlled as it makes environment noisy since this is a family restaurant not a club. If hotel is providing live music then they should provide some minimal area to dance as peoples are dancing anywhere where they see place. Ventilation is the primary issue of this hotel, their drum size private coupe is totally unfriendly for sitting/dining which don't have enough airflow to seat with relaxation; They shall re-work on this type sitting arrangement. Forced natural fresh air ventilation should be introduced. indoor plantation can be introduce; water should be change periodically in acqua system as it smells extremely bad. Staff should be continuosly councell for their behaviour because staff strength and their behaviour is also one of the primary issues of this hotel.

Hotel should work on their issues and focus on arresting them. Managemental team/Staff strength with their behaviour/ventilation/ quality and Quantity of meal they provide are primary issues...

The ambience of this newly opened place is wonderful, very well designed and surprising. What's equally surprising & disappointing is the quality of staff at the restaurant. When I entered the place it seemed that this place is so well designed that this can't be Thane but the staff brought me back to reality. Why was I not surprised that this is the ghodbunder road and one needs to be prepared to get insulted with Extremely unprofessional and rude behaviour. I literally find the local street vendors are thousands times more efficient in interacting. It was my sister's birthday today and we travelled 40 kms only to celebrate her birthday as this place was in our wish list and we learnt our lesson well. Upon waiting for 20 mins for someone to arrive at the table to take order, the staff had the audacity to raise his index finger on us out of no where and mention rudely that it will take more time than this next time. Upon asking about a specific dish "Basket of fries" he says " Sir basket of fries me toh fries hi aayega naa aur kuch to nahi aayega". I couldn't believe my ears 😄 I told him boss if you are tired to the day, it's okay to assign me someone else. Also I am okay to wait if it takes time for the food to arrive looking at the crowd but pls ensure that the fries are crispy and hot. To which he mentions "Sir Mai leke nahi aayega order, jo leke aayega usko bolo. Aur idhar pankha chalu hai to aate aate khana thanda ho jayega. Aapko chahiye to niche baith jao nahi to dekh lo jaise lage waisa. I tried escalating the issue but there seemed to be no manager available in the premises and everything was controlled by bouncers. We had the most disastrous experience of our life and I am not recommending this place to anyone who intends to visit this place with family to have a sweet memory. Coz the staff is skilled to turn your sweet times into a nightmare.

To the management - while you have done great job making the ambience look unique, please spend some time and money imparting training and basic interactive skills to your staff so that our time and money doesn't get wasted. I can provide some coaching centre options if u insist. ...
