I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the food I received in my recent order with Order. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, as I discovered a worm in the food I received.

This discovery was not only shocking but also highly unsanitary and unacceptable, I have always had a positive experience with your establishment, which is why I am deeply disappointed by this incident.

I believe that food safety and quality should be a top priority for any restaurant or delivery service. Finding a foreign object, such as a worm, in my food has not only ruined my meal but also raised serious questions about the hygiene and quality control measures in place.

This restaurant has existed for a long time in Kausa locality. Has good seating arrangement for families on the 1st floor.Also has dastarkhan dining system if going with big family. Since it is located on old old Mumbai Pune highway, there is enough space available out off hotel for two wheeler and four wheels too.If i talk about food, its very much affordable. My Experience With This Restaurant wasn’t good… The Person Who Was Taking Order For Home Delivery Was Too Rude… I Placed My Order Firstly They Told It will be delivered at your place within 30-45min max But It took more than 1hour To Deliver my Parcel… when i called them to conform about the parcels the guy who picked the call was extremely rude he was literally telling me to cancel my order after 45min & Delivered After 1Hour Although The Delivery Guy Was Too Sweet!!
