The worst experience ever, starting from service to everything, they promise to serve you food on time and they literally take more than an hour for a mere starter, They are not at all professional, I am ashamed of taking my friends there thinking it's promising, My suggestions never ever go to this place if you are in a hurry, It was really irritating, poor professional experience I must say. People don't fool yourself by wasting your time and money in a lowly place, I wish I could review them in minus stars, learn something and do better if you wanna be good then, or else do business somewhere else. It was our first and probably the last experience in this restaurant on my way to Aurangabad, Maharashtra from Durgapur, West Bengal.They are not welcoming type. Arrangements are good but not maintained. The bedsheets of "Baithakis" are torn. Food is good. Waiters are more busy in watching the TV on big screen. You have to call them everytime. 2-3 waiters were entertaining 3 ladies in front of us and we had to wait to call waiters and give order Surprised to see that their Labrador is tied up with a poll and there was no water in front of him on the hot summer, temperature was 31 deg C. The staffs are just ignorant, serving time is pretty high even if the restaurant was vacant. The staff don't serve. They handle food and customer like they don't give a fu** about anyone. Tikka Masala was like chicken kasundi, had a proper mustard sauce kind of gravy. Mughlai chicken... ok okish, butter naan was below avarage, went into papad mode in less than a minute. Hookah flavours are ridiculous, they just don't exist. Main problem is the staffs I guess. They just don't care.

The one starter I liked was, Chicken Pattaya. Do try if you ever go to this place. 2 star is...
