Dear Team at Parvathi Bhavan,

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a takeaway order I placed on the night of 5th July 2025 from your Thillai Nagar branch. I had ordered 5 idlis, and while the packaging was well done, the quantity of sambar provided was shockingly low—barely enough for two idlis. It seemed to be less than 200 ml, which is far from sufficient for a proper idli-sambar combo.

When I brought this to the attention of the staff at the counter, their response was extremely disappointing. Not only were they unhelpful and lacking in basic courtesy, but they also demanded extra payment for additional sambar—despite the initial serving being inadequate in the first place.

Due to this unpleasant experience, I opted for a refund. It is unfortunate that such poor service and behavior came from an establishment with such a strong reputation. I sincerely hope this issue is addressed so future customers do not face...
