I visited this pizza shop recently and was quite disappointed with the experience. I ordered pizza and pasta. While the pizza was okay, the pasta was served cold and, shockingly, had a strand of hair in it. It was clear that the dish wasn't freshly prepared, as there was no heat in it whatsoever when it reached our table. Waiting a long time only to be served food in such condition was frustrating.
