Stopped by here at around 3:45 PM. I was famished, came here with my family and I chose the place because it had high ratings. Unfortunately, I was extremely let down by almost everything. Tandoori and paneer items were not available at that time which is understandable. They had meals ready and we also ordered some pulao and soup. Wasn't aware of the special meals here because I expected chapati or poori along with it but they billed us for special meals without any extras. The staff were least worried about the customers. I'm actually extremely surprised to see the kind of ratings it has received, the guy who took out order was very rude, it looked like he was ordering us rather than taking our orders. Meals were not great, papads lost their crunchiness, tasted as if they were made long before. No point in having unlimited bad food, and it was worse when we asked for extra quantity. After half an hour we enquired about the soup for which he replied saying "soup will take a lot of time I forgot to tell you before" with such an arrogant tone. We asked him to cancel the soup and he was so easy going about it, I'm sure that he wouldn't have even remembered the order. Extremely disappointed by their service I hope they work on the way they treat their customers and take their job a bit more seriously. If it were a possibility for me to choose a 0 rating that's how much I'd give after this experience. I don't like giving low ratings but after visiting a bunch of places, nothing was this bad. Please note the bad reviews too, see where you can improve and work on it because we're a bunch of tired travellers looking for good food that's why your kind of restaurants...

After doing some work , after a long wonderful telephonic discussion with Gopal Iyer Sir , ( 😀 not regarding food ..but regarding heritage villages around Trichy ) , we reached Karur By pass road branch of Shri Sangeethas … It was perfectly houseful … Since Sundays are free days , people were out at all places … Luckily we found a table … Started with Sambhar rice … …Sambhar rice was too brilliant….. But it was priced at Rs 80 plus ..

We wanted to get a diversion from routine . Always I am a fan of Rotis of Shri Sangeethas … Unfortunately at that late afternoon , Only Naan varities were available …

We ordered Butter Naan and Garlic Naan … Butter Naan for Rs 50 ….Garlic Naan Rs 75 …. Ithu trichya illainna Chennaiyaannu ninechukitten … But All these Naan were perfectly soft. .. Garlic Naan was too soft …

For sides we took Mushroom Gravy masala , and Panneer Butter Masala …. I am a lover of Mushroom stuff …. The Mushroom were so tendor and soft. .. the gravy was good .. the added pepper hit me ...In Paneer Butter masala , Panneer was too Soft….. The Naan went on wonderfully with Gravies … Great ..

On a finishing note , we went for Veg Fried rice .. it came with sauce and onion pachadi …

Overall wonderful experience … Total Bill amount Rs 701 … we three persons went there ..came back satisfied … Though pricey , Once in a while Okey . .
