Highly disappointed. Absolutely unhygienic. I focussed only on chasing flies than tasting tea. Nothing great. Local tea shops are so transparent so that we can notice how the cups are cleaned once they are used. kitchen is completely covered. Staff working in shops must be neat & clean. Now, the company has to take action immediately by visiting all branches. Or else the reputation...

You can get good tea from almost every shop in town but these people by far make the best tea in town. Those soft and mushy pudding cakes with a cup of tea is always the best 😋.
