A few days ago, some of my friends visited Mom's Kitchen, dressed casually. When they requested the menu, they were shown food leaflets with combo options priced at Rs. 500, 1000, and 1500. To their surprise, after selecting the Rs. 1000 combo, the waiter asked them to pay the bill upfront before they could eat.
They asked another customer if they had been asked to pay first, and that customer confirmed they hadn’t. When my friends brought this to the manager's attention, he defended the practice, claiming that the other customer was known to him, which seemed unprofessional and paaknami.
Owing to this disrespectful behaviour my friends requested a refund, but the manager reacted defensively, telling them to take their money back and not cause a scene. This lack of accountability raises serious concerns about the restaurant's customer service standards.

To the owner and staff, remember that in the restaurant business, treating customers with respect is crucial. Judging people by their appearance is not acceptable.
A lack of education and exposure to diverse customer interactions actually lead to these situations, and improve your attitude and mentality first before catering...
