Domino's pizza have 2 branches accross ujjain, one in freeganj and another in cosmos mall. You'll see it right sude rught after the entry door. The sitting space is quite compact. The staff behaviour was professional but not polite. It takes approximately 11-12 mins for your order to get completed. But once it's done you have to go to collect it, which sucks. The place is generally clean. But recently the orders deliver late which causes the cheese to stiff and that affects the experience with Domino's pizza. I placed 2 orders in 2weeks and opted for delivery and hoth the orders crossed 30 min bar. Also sometimes they forget to get some items and return back and get it back to you which spoils the mood. This have been happed like 2-3 times with me. All n all they lack in shop's infrastructure and delivery service, rest is just great. I have experienced Domino's in many places but this place offer's really good baked pizza. They should improve garlic bread but rest of the things...

The taste and quality is not upto the mark which you get in other metro cities of same domino’s outlet.

The group staff also doesn’t keep an eye on the order items many times when i have ordered for an home delivery the delivery executive forgot some items in my order and after that they just have one word to compensate sorry, i have experienced this issue many times of incomplete delivery, also the order time is also too high just for an mere distance of 3kms.

It’s high time to focus on services for what they are already taking premium price from customers, else the customer won’t think twice to switch its preferences from domino’s to another competitors giving...

I don't even want to give 1 star to this restaurant I have called them before 2 hours of my order for 8 people's dine in they said that ok it will be arranged but when i reached the outlet at 9 and waited for my order. Then after when my order was ready they said that you have to grab your seats we cant do anything. Person named himanshu from this outlet misbehaved with me.
