The Social Restro Cafe Music — Restaurant in Ujjain

Unprepared staff, doesn't know how to serve or greet. Unhygienic; staff cleans your table only when you ask and throws the trash around it. It causes lots of mosquitoes under the table. Be prepared to wait even for placing your order, we had to ask several times and were able to place order after 15 mins. They are completely not prepared to tackle weekend rush. The water was served hot, in the summer. Even after approaching the person manning the billing counter (I assume he is the owner), you won't get any apology for the terrible experience. The food is also very average, doesn't justify its price. The ambience used to be good but they don't manage it, things are breaking up and they don't even clean up after someone's event. The so-called stage, still holds someone's 'Bride to be' balloons. I wouldn't recommend this...

Such a pathetic experience it was, we had planned for a birthday party and we wished that it’ll be a great experience with them but everything went in vain , the waiters were very rude with us (it felt like if they are allowed to abusive words they would have used it) and the manager was also very rude with us. They fought with us and even tried to threaten us as we raised complaint about food and services. This restaurant is completely useless. We celebrated my daughter's first birthday here. There were 40 people in our group but they counted 57 plates and gave us the bill. The service here is also slow and even the items that were in the plate we had selected were not served to our groups.
