Shiv Sagar Pure Veg — Restaurant in Ulhasnagar

I am unhappy with the service.. Being a old customer i use to place my order every week.. but they are so irresponsible by checking the customers order.. i had ordered sabhji and butter-roti bt they sent me plain roti.. today i placed my order at exact 10 pm for Veg. Triple Schezwan rice.. the person who took my order told me that ill receive it in next hour time as they have huge no of orders today so i agreed for the same.. he even askd to come collect the order of my own.. for that i cleared him that its not possible for me to collect it so u send to my door-step and he agreed for that.. so i waiting to have my meal till 11:15 pm as the order was delayed more than an hr i called back to know status of my order.. But owner told me that order has already reached my door and they have even received there bill payment... but it was completely a wrong statement as i had not received any order so i told him nd cleared.. but later he is telling me that i confirmed him that ill collect my order on my own.. as i said before i had already cleared him that its not possible for me to come.. On the top of that the owner is telling me that the hotel is closed madam.."THEREFORE I DIDN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER TODAY " Really irresponsible...

Shiv Sagar Hotel Ulhasnagar

It's a pity that taste of Indians have such poor taste that they have given 3.6 stars to this fantastic hotel. Punjabi Kadhi, Shimla Masala, buttermilk (tak), wheat roti, selected soft onion, crunchy masala papad, pav bhaji, everything was superb. I'm from Pune and I call Ulhasnagar (Kalyan) people extremely lucky to have this hotel here. I think rich Punjabi culture of this place & Maharashtrian civilised management of excellent warm personality of Sandesh Wild Berry (Hire or Hiray who hails from highly khandani background of Hire family from Malegaon & Nashik. I'm extremely delighted to meet one Hire in Mumbai in this hospitality business).

WORST SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO DINE HERE OR CHOOSE. I have ordered the Paneer Handi Biryani and Veg Fried Rice both the food in Jain. We called them and informed that we need jain. They said fine. When delivered they just served Paneer Handi Biryani and Veg Fried Rice which was without any sauces for Fried rice and no Raita for Biryani. I called the restaurant someone called Divakar shetty picked up the call and said you need to adjust with what we gave but we paid the full amount. This is the type of professional service they offer. They are not guilty about this. Highly recommend not to...
