Urban Tadka — Restaurant in undefined

WORST RESTAURANT IN SAMBALPUR CITY (V.S.S Marg, Sakhipara, Sambalpur, Odisha 768001, India)!!! We checked online for a restaurant in sambalpur downtown - which was close to where we were planned to be there in the afternoon so i came here with my family and two kids for the lunch. As we enter the restaurant there were few customers in the dining area so basically it's not that busy. We sat down and was given menu by the short waiter wearing a cap. The place was so nice that I and my family thought about bringing our friends there again.

We sat there waiting for the waiter to turn up to take our order but no waiter , in the dining area! We were raising our hand so they will notice us finally waiter with dreadlocks came to us and took our order but didn't even write it down and just said "ok" then the first waiter who gave us the menu finally came back(short guy) and we ordered our starter cuz we already ordered our food from the other waiter. They also took a long time to bring our starter.

30 minutes pass but our order didn't arrive yet so I ask the manager , if its normal to wait that long for the food and the manager said " in few minutes your food will be here" but didn't even go and follow up inside. We waited and waited for our food but no food!! another 15 minutes pass I asked again another waiter ,I ask him if he can follow up on our order after few minutes he came back and said it will arrive soon, so we waited again, this time the restaurant already a bit busy. Another 15 minutes pass I ask this resturant Manager and said I will cancel our order as the food is taking a long time but the worst thing is

the taste of the food from mix veg curry , dal fry ( smelling ) and chicken ( like served earlier to someone else) , the foods are the worst taste even in India the road side restaurant doesn't make them. also They don't use fresh vegetables, night food or morning curry just heat and served to the customers,

The restaurant manager behavior is very rude and bad ,I was standing on the counter area I ask for my bill after paid the bill the manager didn't even apologized to me or even the supervisor didn't even talk to me and apologized for what happened! where is the customer service in your restaurant!!?? So I told this to manager that I will write a review online but the response is "WE gave you free drinks why write a review?" seriously is that how Urban Taadka SAMBALPUR train...
