80's DUGOUT — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

The place was good. The taste of the food was good. The ambience of the place was good. But a lot of changes are needed to be made in order to improve this place. First of all, the biggest point in that they don't allow anything from outside (Which we were okay with), but not even water!!! Which was a major drawback and was totally unexpected. You can't even bring your own water and that also during this time of pandemic which was a bad point. Moving on to second point, the staff/waiter was not attentive. They were so busy taking order of others that he was not able to attend everybody all at once. So in the end we had to go to the counter itself to order the food again. Which I myself consider very very poor on the restaurants part. And the last point, the rotis were very very very hard or idk maybe sharp. We didn't noticed that earlier because we were very hungry and just wanted to eat. But, at the end of the meal I literally felt the taste of blood inside of my mouth. Environment: Really beautiful and Peaceful environment feels near to nature💚 greenery all around provides a very serene and calming feel.

Dining Area: It's really feels good in those cottage like shelters having a large ones and small ones also which can accomodate even 10-12 people very comfortably.

Outdoor seating is also available there.

separate backyard for small get together or parties, can be utilized if you are planning a party with more members(15-20) with some loud music.

Food: I tried both veg and non veg food there.. Tried almost most of the items in menu, and none disappointed me. Food is so delicious and the serving style is also appreciable💛

Price: Not very much cheap but Affordable food, bole to fultoo paisa vasool😋

Staff: Very friendly and trained staff, take care of all the precautions and safety.

Facilities: Large Parking area and Washroom facility with cleanliness available.

If you are a frequent visitor you can get a membership card at no extra cost, on which you can get flat 10% off on next...

The owner of dugout is so mannerless he doesn’t know how to talk properly and the staff is itself like that of an owner mannerless and rude as if they have the only restaurant on this planet.....and talking about food I rarely cook but i bet i can make better food than them.....we ordered paneer butter masala it was sour and sweet as if they put pickle and sugar in it together sooo bad taste.....and mosquitoes oh myy god they gave us roll on which was empty so it doesn’t suppose to save us from mosquitoes right?.......when we ask waiter to please shift us to other room which has door he denied and said”aaplog yahi betho”......I won’t recommend anyone to go to this...
