Very good place. We had a really good dinner at Cross Cultures. The restaurant serves food that is both traditional and authentic, yet it's a bit more refined than your typical Indian restaurant. Our entrees were tasty and prepared with the amount of heat we requested. The dining area is spotless and tastefully decorated, providing for nice ambiance. The service was both attentive and friendly. We'll definitely return. First try - Brunch! We had an extremely pleasant brunch/lunch experience. The menu had some great lunch-only offerings at fabulous prices. The appetizers were delish (samosas, pakoras), chutneys were up to par, no complaints on the naan or rice, and the meals stood their ground as well. The service was excellent with attentive and friendly staff. We walked out happy and full! Just had a wonderful evening at this five-month-old find. Mixed grill was generous, delicious, and as well prepared as it was sizzling when it arrived at the table. Great samosas, Nan bread, and superb eggplant dish. The service was extremely professional and friendly at the same time. This is the best, most relaxing spot for Indian cuisine in the Princeton area. Mmmm. Love this little gem tucked away in Princeton Shopping Center, right next to Taste of Mexico. Went there for the first time last night, and will definitely be back. I love Indian food, and have not been able to find a local Indian restaurant that I really like until now. The lamb biryani was delicious, as was the Tandoori chicken. Very excited about this place - the restaurant is well appointed, lighting is subdued and the booths are cozy. The service and food are both excellent. And as a bonus, it's BYO.
“The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the paneer tikka” “Hands down, some of the best food I’ve had recently! They use the freshest ingredients and make sure each dish is done the right way. The noodles was especially memorable. Must try!” “I’m still dreaming about my meal at [Insert restaurant name]! Each bite was a delight, and the presentation just blew us away. Don’t miss out on trying their jalebi.” “From appetizers to desserts, this restaurant exceeded all our expectations! Our family especially enjoyed the appetizers, the variety of desserts, and the hand-churned ice cream! The chocolate cake was a crowd-pleaser! Highly recommended!” “If you’re a foodie like me, you’ll love this place! The menu has a fantastic selection of dishes, and we loved everything we tried. We only had good comments about the food. I can’t wait to come back again!” “The menu offers a wide variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious. I especially loved the creative twists on...
Read moreWe were already disappointed by this restaurant by the past (food intoxication), but we had no other option to eat tonight as our favorite place was closed! We ordered a non veg meal, a paneer dosa and ice cream (black forest). I asked for a plain paneer dosa, free of all spicies with just paneer, fresh coriander, salt, pepper, I ended up a dosa containing spicies ( no chilli, but still spicies), oignons, peas... For the chicken it was ok. For the ice cream, I took a black forest cup, after searching for a while, there was no cherry, nor whipped cream, so that's not a black forest, when I asked for the missing ingredients as per the description in the menu, the waiter told me that they didn't have it, then why not tell me this before instead of serving me this? Customer satisfaction isn't their priority! About the service, it was mediocre. We weren't served at the same time, I was almost finished that my husband was getting his meal. The waiter removed the plates when we were still having food in our mouth and not letting us eating in peace. Very noisy place, we could barely hear each other speaking. High prices for the quality of the food served and no goodwill gesture for the ice cream incident! I will NEVER visit this...
Read moreI ordered chicken biryani. I didn't find that tasty. Updating my review: Cause I got a reply on my review, so I believe it matters to restaurant. I think I should write my review in detail,
Location: (4/5) restaurant is at clean location, in the heart of Rajajipuram. There are few staircases to take but those are manageable even for elders.
Ambience: (5/5) Ambience is very good. I visited Aryan after 10 years and found they have changed a lot, they make it a nice place to enjoy you food. There was a birthday celebration on the next table and I think restaurant staff made all arrangements and decorations. One of the top choices for party/ celebrations and family outing dinner in Rajajipuram area.
Food/ taste: (2.5/5) : We ordered chicken biryani but we got very disappointed with the taste. It seemed that biryani was not fresh, they warmed and served.
Management/ Serving staff: (5/5) Very polite and professional.
Hygiene: (5/5) Neat, Clean & Hygiene restaurant.
(I have messaged you my...
