I recently had the pleasure of dining at Baba Dhaba near Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The food was absolutely delicious, but the real standouts were the kadhai paneer and dal fry.

The kadhai paneer was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of spices and a rich, creamy gravy that was bursting with flavor. The paneer was incredibly soft and melted in my mouth, making every bite a delight.

The dal fry was equally impressive, with a comforting blend of lentils and aromatic spices. It was hearty and full of wholesome goodness, and paired perfectly with the fresh, fluffy naan that accompanied it.

Well the food is quite good and tasty. Must have some paneer bhujia and paneer Taj Mahal with naan or buttered naan. The place is little bit crowded and they should really consider some more cleanliness and hygiene. Rating this restaurant 3 star just because of the following: The waiter was so rude. He dropped some gravy on my brother's shirt and he didn't apologized for that and when my brother started shouting at him he said "aab gir gya to kya kaaru" in a very rude way, and then second waiter came and apologized for his mistake and then the second waiter served. When we ordered some dessert, we requested to remove our main course plates. The cleaning guy did in so unhygienic way as he placed the dustbin on the table in which we were eating and then started to put the dishes into the dustbin. . Well the food served there is too good and amazing and the location of the restaurant is also at catchy place, they also have their own parking. They can do even more good if they recruit some good staff with some etiquettes and they should really teach...
