Baswari Restaurant — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I called them today around 1:15 pm and asked if they could deliver at a major car dealership which is 2 minutes away from them. The person at call took more than 10 minutes just to understand that. Then he took 15 other minutes to get my number and my order. I got a call from apparently the owner at around 2 pm that the person who took my order couldn’t get my order or number right. I agreed to the owner’s offer of getting the food delivered at that point when he told me it will take 20 minutes. At around 2:45 pm I got a call from my father who was in the dealership to get the car serviced and hungry since morning. He told me that the guy forgot to deliver some parts of the order. After around 3 pm we got all of our order. The food wasn’t up to the mark either. It was too oily and salty and the quantity wasn’t adequate either. One star for value in terms of the money they’re charging for this service and I would graciously reverse my review to 5 star anytime the restaurant is willing to let me try their food for free and if it is of any better quality or taste than today and if their service is up to the mark. The food was average.not good not bad. The employee was very rude. We took sometime to decide what to order and in mean while he can be heard saying "inka toh order hi decide nhi hoga". Also, there is place with wooden seat and some other place with sofa/cushioned seat . So, I felt like different treatment was being given on same price. This discrimination is very common in U.P but seeing the standard set low from this restaurant is a let down. Final verdict: If u r not one of the locals, u deserve better imo. I had been there and it was an awesome experience while dinning out.Some of the things that I liked-: Neat and clean restaurant. Cooperative staff. Most of the menu dishes are present unlike other restaurant which doesn't have dishes of their own menu. *Talking about the taste it was delicious 😋 ( I had ordered hakka noodles & chilly potato ).
