Recently, we had the pleasure of dining at Biggies Restaurant during our trip. We ordered a spread that included dal, rice, aloo gobhi, aloo paratha, and paneer paratha. Our taste buds were treated to a flavorful experience, with the dal being a standout star for its deliciousness.

BAD SERVICE & MANAGEMENT: I am a regular customer of biggies from last few years but from last few incidents the service and quality of food is not good. Yesterday also I visited and the restaurant was having only three tables full and all other was vacant yet I have to wait for almost 1 hour and after that too when I asked for my meal, they said which meal, who took the order and other cross questioning with me, even when I gave the order I personally have to pick the menu card from another table and have to go to the reception to ask someone to come and take the order. In last, when I canceled the order they immediately got the reply that order is getting prepared and coming. I left the place immediately.

Now it’s not a good place anymore to visit for some good food and service. I won’t suggest anyone to go now neither I’ll personally visit the biggies restaurant again.

The burger at this place is the best. Picked up an order through the drive through. I got home and found out I had received a meat burger instead of a vegetarian burger. When I rang up to see if they will deliver me a new one, they said I would have to pay the full amount of what I paid and pay for the delivery via the Uber eats app, or come back into the store to exchange. Therefore an easy meal has turned into two trips to McDonald's wasting petrol. They then went on telling me they don’t sell spicy bean burgers which I had one over the last month in the same place. Fair enough if they explained to us when we originally was about to order they don’t sell them anymore however they didn’t and gave me a meat burger. I won’t be attending this McDonald's again.
