I learnt form neighbourhood about this new Bikanervala Newley operating near our home at urbtech. Hence we took the worst decision in the start of the day today; i.e. 27.07.24 to visit for breakfast.
We ordered a couple of Dal Kachori with sabzi one Idli sambar and two lassi vide bill number F104INV00007305 dates 27.07.24 at 11:24AM
Letās talk about items one by one: Lassi: It wasnāt too bad because it had curd in it but sure it wasnāt up to the mark as it was too sweet and while taking a sip I could feel the solids of curd. Probably this was the reason why my both my sons and I were not able to suck the so called lassi through straw.
Kachori sabzi: Kachoris were stale and sabzi was tasteless. And to our horror the salad (onion) given with it seemed to be stale too. They were not freshly cut and were dry. Iāll attach the photo.
Idli sambar: It took them 30+ minutes to prepare idli and sambar was just haldi water with boiled tomatoes floating in it. Iāll share the photos of these too.
I summoned the store manger and a lanky fellow named Sh. Shivam Singh appeared. When I complained about the issues, a. Stale kachori and most of all stale salad, to my surprise he picked up the onion and ate it and said now sir itās fresh. I was furious by that time. And asked him for why he did such act to which he replied I was checking freshness, itās fresh you can eat it. I asked hi to get me a fresh kachori served as both my sons were hungry and it was getting late too.
For idli sambar he mentioned we make it fresh and then serve it hence it take 20 minutes. Now at this juncture I asked then what about kachories? Why donāt you make them fresh and the serve? He didnāt answer that.
Anyway after repeating about what heās doing with kachori he said you never told me what to do! To which I littrely asked him if he understands hindi! Then he got another plate of kachori and it was the same. Stale kachori, stale onions.
Idli was half cooked and sambar was just haldi water with boiled tomatoes and tomato skin floating in it.
I was a horrible experience today morning and which made me write this review and decide not to visit this place again.
Please DO NOT visit Bikanervala...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting Bikaner in Noida, Sector 153, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. If youāre someone who loves high-quality food with excellent service, this place should be at the top of your list. The moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and ambiance. The staff greeted me warmly, and their friendliness was truly refreshing. I felt comfortable right away, and the team made sure that all my needs were attended to throughout my visit. Their service was not only quick but also very professional, which really stood out for me. You can tell they care about their customers. Now, letās talk about the food. Simply put, it was outstanding. The quality of the ingredients used was top-notch, and every dish tasted fresh and flavorful. From the appetizers to the main course and even the desserts, everything was prepared with care. I especially loved their traditional Indian dishes which were rich in flavor, and the presentation was equally impressive.Another thing I appreciated was the variety on the menu. There is something for everyone, from spicy and savory dishes to sweet treats. It was also a great balance between traditional and modern cuisine.Overall, Bikaner in Noida Sector 153 delivers an excellent dining experience. Whether youāre there for a quick meal or a long family gathering, you wonāt be disappointed. Great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and superb service make this place stand out.If youāre in the area, I highly recommend giving it a try....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVisited for dinner, this outlet recently opened in neighborhood. Please go through with my most recent experience.
If you are eating something and required any add on food or extra bread/naan, (this is bit obvious you will be required roti or sabji ) as per their staff you stop eating and come to the cash counter and repeat whole process again to book a order and wait for long 10-15 mins between this period your plate remains cold. I also visited many of self service restaurants they never follow this practice.
There is no one to ask you for water and no tissue paper on the table, you are running a big brand food chain atleast make learn your staff some basic table manners.
Same incident I tried to tell the cash counter guy he refused to even listen and ingnored and just asked next customer for their new order.
Taste was just ok, you spent on it then you have to eat.
Ambience is pretty good but at what cost, with this kind of service and taste.
So think twice...
