Boons — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Today while I was coming from Lucknow for Siddharth Nagar visited this place with my family and kids. I came to know about this by googel search (family restaurant near me) I parket my car in front of the restaurant, an uncle aged 55+ vith a very kind behave assist us in parking and open the gate of restaurant. We got a table for us. A boy in his 20 came to take order. After this these basic things happened. We order for Green Salad, Dal Tadka, Paneer Kholapuri, Plain Rice and Butter naan

Because this takes time to be served therefore for meanwhile we asked for a plate of french fries

Service was below average for which this review is

No tissue paper on table before we asked it. French Fries were served in a beautiful boul having sape of 3 Wheeler. But it was not cleaned. I also said the same to the waiter at that time. After some time We were served lunch we have ordered but he forget to serve Salad and when we asked he said, Sir I can but it will take some more time. Dal Tadka were served in a beautiful small bucket but the way it was served was looking bad. Dal was overflowed. He forgot to serve spoon. We took the serving spoon for the purpose and not asked as he was already very busy. Bill was served at the table and a bar code was also shown on the bill but waiter asked us to visit counter if wish to pay online.

I paid online at the counter and also said all this thing for betterment of his restaurant. But seems no positive feed back from his side. Moreover after successful payment he was unable to confirm the same at that time. However he gently asked me that I can go he would confirm it later.

So overall, For Look - very good place For Food - good place Service...

Very bad Experience, Service is very poor. I called on receptionist Archana twice thrice for my parents anniversary celebration. At the when I asked for celebration she said she forget. How irresponsible behavior. Whole day spoiled. I suggest everyone don’t visit boon’s basti , they don’t even care for their customers. Food quality and taste is also very bad and costly .Boons basti treat their customers worst also take advantage of customers money. Archana you should work on your skills and should take care of your customers. Worst experience ever. Please think twice how a customer feels if their special day spoiled. Humble request to work on your service guys . And please if you hire any person so must check their performance also. It feels so bad that is why I write such review .
