🌟 1 Star - Worst Experience Ever! Stay Away!

This hotel is a complete scam. They run the same pathetic property under 3 different names to mislead customers — NDBL Hotel, Don’t fall for it!

The place is filthy, unhygienic, and mismanaged. Broken fittings, dirty rooms, and no basic facilities. But the biggest disappointment was the manager Shubham—an extremely rude and untrained person who talks arrogantly to guests and has zero manners. Instead of helping, he behaves like he’s doing a favour letting you stay!

If you care about your time, money, and peace of mind — AVOID THIS PLACE at all costs. Haridwar has many better options. This one is a trap.

Nice experience, self order service, food item was okay, i feel the burger bun was not fresh. But it was okay to eat. They also have drive thru. Toilets were also okay okay.
