Extremely disappointing experience at Burger King today. Visited with my family and faced the worst customer service ever.
Firstly, all self-ordering machines were not working, and the staff told us to order at the counter. Reached the counter and they bluntly said, “Order through the app.” What kind of service is this?
After struggling, I finally placed the order through the app — 5 combos with a free veg burger. When I went to the counter to collect, the staff rudely said only 5 combos were showing. I had to tell him THREE TIMES that the app shows a free burger. Only then he said “haan dikh raha hai.” So if someone just comes and picks up the order without confirmation, it’s totally on the customer? Pathetic system.
Later, I paid for 4 ice cream — the staff was literally standing doing nothing and still behaving as if he was doing a huge favour. I had to call out repeatedly just to get their attention, and the response was absolutely rude and careless. The guy took payment and still said “time lagega” for simple ice cream. This is not just poor service — this is zero professionalism.
Also — Why force people to use the app when your machines aren’t working and your staff clearly doesn't want to take counter orders? A family in front of me left without ordering because of this ridiculous app-only behavior.
Burger King, wake up. If you don’t train or replace this kind of staff, this store is definitely going downhill. They don’t listen, don’t respond, and are outright rude. If this is the experience you give to your customers, don’t be surprised when people...

Despite filling our drinks ten minutes ago, our burger was not ready to be served. This greatly diminished the enjoyment of the cold drinks. Furthermore, when we asked for ice cream, Shekhar completely ignored our request. It was disheartening to witness such a lack of customer care, especially when we came with our family. Shekhar seemed uninterested in attending to customers at all. Instead of completing our order, he started taking new orders and did not return until all the orders were taken. She said just look for any table which is clean and go sit there. I asked her to come and check if any of them were clean because there was no clean table.
