Burger Singh — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I was amongst the first few foodies to eat and review the first Burger Singh joint which had opened on Golf Course Road more than two years ago. I remember being impressed by the old school burgers and fair pricing. Over the years i have had burgers delivered from there on more than a few occasions. I am happy to see that this startup has become so successful that they have opened 7 more outlets. On this occasion i was in the vicinity and ordered from their Sector 50 outlet. The burger was delivered within the stipulated 30 minutes. The colourful packaging was eye catching and practical. The two burgers i tried were the White Guy Chicken burger and the Achari Mutton burger. The patties were grilled to perfection and the buns were soft. They also provided a generous helping of french fries along with the burgers. Burger Singh has struck the right cord with the Indian Palate in terms of quality & pricing and i am sure that if they maintain their high standards then in the next few years many more outlets...

Staff behaviour is not good. The cashier who collects the cash was roaming outside drinking cigrette and was not interested in taking any order and was drinking cigarette. When saw me came to take order and he Don't even know how to talk with a customer. I ordered 2 nikku singh burgers I politely asked that if i can change the payment method when he gave 2 rupees change for all remaining amount from rupees 100. he rudely replied ( Nahi bhai pahle decide kar ke aaya karo) he could have said this politely instead.

First of all is drinking cigarette allowed in working hours ? If yes i am never visiting again. And secondly why user can not change payment method?

I was extremely disappointed with the staff’s behavior. Despite visiting this branch multiple times, the staff consistently appears uninterested in taking orders and lacks basic customer service etiquette. Additionally, I have serious doubts about whether they adhere to Burger Singh’s food standards, as the taste of their food varies with each visit.

One of the main reasons I enjoyed Burger Singh was their Hot Shock Fries, but lately, they seem to be cutting costs on the spice level. Since spice is the key reason I order them, this is quite frustrating. Even when I specifically request extra spice at the counter, they fail to provide it.
